This diverse exposure allows him to understand the unique financial and operational challenges different industries face when implementing modern financial systems.

A significant portion of Ali’s career has focused on complex ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives involving multi-entity organizations, multi-currency reporting structures, and integrated operational workflows. He has led ERP deployments requiring coordination across multiple business units, cross-jurisdictional reporting, and executive-level financial oversight.

Ali specializes in designing dimension-based reporting structures, improving consolidation processes, and ensuring ERP systems support both operational decision-making and executive reporting. His work has helped organizations reduce consolidation timelines, strengthen internal controls, improve reporting transparency, and unlock operational efficiencies.

In recent years, Ali has focused on ERP modernization and implementation oversight, helping organizations implement and optimize platforms such as Sage Intacct and Oracle-based financial systems. His approach emphasizes strong financial architecture, disciplined implementation governance, and alignment between system design, business processes, and executive reporting needs.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Ali is known for building high-performing finance teams, modernizing financial systems, and guiding organizations through complex transformation while maintaining strong governance and reporting discipline.

Haroon Adeel is an experienced accounting and finance professional with a strong focus on ERP implementation, financial systems improvement, and business process optimization. Over the years, he has worked closely with small and mid-sized organizations, helping them strengthen financial operations while supporting sustainable business growth.

Haroon’s experience spans accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and operational advisory, with particular expertise in the manufacturing, retail, and not-for-profit sectors. He has helped organizations overcome operational and financial challenges by implementing structured processes, improving reporting frameworks, and developing practical strategies for expansion and efficiency.

A key strength Haroon brings is his ability to bridge the gap between financial reporting requirements and operational realities. Through several ERP implementation projects, he has helped businesses transition from manual or fragmented systems to integrated financial platforms that support better decision-making and stronger controls.

His recent work has focused on ERP transformation and implementation oversight, including projects involving Sage Intacct and Oracle-based financial systems. Over the course of his career, he has led complex financial operations, corporate transformations, and strategic growth initiatives across multiple industries.

Noaman brings deep expertise in corporate finance, financial strategy, taxation, and governance. He has successfully overseen large finance and accounting teams, arranged significant debt and equity financing, supported public listings, and guided organizations through periods of expansion and restructuring. His leadership has consistently focused on strengthening financial systems, improving reporting transparency, and aligning financial management with long-term business strategy.

A significant part of Noaman’s work has involved ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives. Having led and supervised multiple ERP deployments, he understands the importance of strong financial design, disciplined project oversight, and well-structured reporting frameworks. His experience includes improving business processes, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring ERP systems deliver accurate and reliable financial reporting from the outset.

More recently, Noaman has been closely involved in ERP modernization initiatives, supporting organizations in implementing and optimizing platforms such as Sage Intacct and Oracle-based financial solutions to enhance reporting capabilities, operational efficiency, and financial governance.
